This unit is a very good product for what it offers. It is very, very important to note that it does not and cannot replace the HVAC in your home. if your HVAC is old and you don't have the finances to spend £500 on a new HVAC system, then this is an excellent solution to your problem My HVAC system is not completely broken (yet), but it can't keep up with the London summers anymore. Since I've had this unit, I've been able to turn off my HVAC during the day, run the portable unit, and then turn the HVAC back on at night. It is also very important to note that the portable unit may not keep your house at the temperature you set, but it does a great job of getting the heat out of the house and blowing conditioned air into the house, especially if you pair it with a floor fan to disperse the air more. If you're looking for a little extra coolness in your home then this is the perfect solution to get cool air in any space!

This ac is perfect for a small room it cools fairly quickly takes up a bit of space but not too much highly recommend if you live in one of the hottest rooms in the house like I do

Seems like everything works so far and definitely love the cooling it provides but giving it 3 stars because the radiator fins were bent.Maybe this unit was dropped or bumped against something in the factory ? The protective cover for it wasn't broken so that's my best guess.Otherwise, seems like a solid unit. Easy to set up.The only thing I felt it was missing was something to lock the window ( like screws or fasteners , etc that I've had some other units include in the past )Ps: I really wish this had app control, but I did know this wasnt an included before I purchased.

Product arrived intact, good packaging. Easy to set up. Instructions miss steps on covering gaps in window etc but YouTube had some good videos.A little noisy but not too distracting. Cools the room quickly. Great investment for the summer heat.

This little thing is pretty mighty, can't really say too little, it's a decent size. A little bit bigger than a window traditional AC just that it's on your floor. I didn't want a window one, just because the ants where I live are ridiculous and I tried other cheaper portable ACs that were two hundred dollars cheaper and they didn't blow cold air whatsoever. After reading some reviews on this one, took a leap in faith, to give the "portable" idea one more shot. I'm not a fan of central air, and I didn't one a window one. So, my chances of being happy where pretty slim. Before I turned it on, I did my window set up. As mentioned the ants at my apartment complex are ridiculous so my window set up for this kit is being held by a lot of duct tape. And it's holding together with it thanks to the tape. I can understand where a lot of people are complaining about the tube set up feeling a bit loose, not so much a problem with me thanks to the duct tape. The hot air that blows through the tubes does get really hot. Make sure it's away from anything, I was surprised how hot it gets. The tube, I'm a little worried with my cats, but hopefully my fat cats won't sit or mess with it. I didn't change the settings too much, but at 67 the room did get very cold very quickly. I almost left it overnight, but it was cold. The hottest weather in Manchester is coming up and thanks to this little guy I'm not worried.

You'll need a few sqft for this to live by the window but it's a great product.

I bought this for my senior dog cuz she can’t get overheated and I’m in this complicated living arrangement where the AC whole house unit has to be off by 8:00 because my GRUMPY ROOMMATE SAYS HE CANT SLEEP CUZ IT’S RIGHT OUTSIDE HIS PAPER THING WINDOW. Like, whatever, Papa, BUTTERCUP 👏🏼can’t 👏🏼overheat! 👏🏼 so, now we freeze all night cuz lemme tell you: this thing WOOOOOORKS. Unfortunately, it’s extremely loud but that doesn’t bother Buttercup and that’s all that matters to me. ♥️ One person found this helpful
